60 Day Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refun.d.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - no questions asked.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Used Products / Skin Reactions
We understand that skincare is personal. If you experience irritation or are unhappy with your results, please reach out to us.
While we cannot accept returns of used products for hygiene reasons, we may offer a partial refund or store credit on a case by case basis.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 - 10 working business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
