By accessing lollana.com you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may modify these terms at any time and it is your responsibility to check for updates.
2. Products
We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colours will be accurate.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received before orders are processed. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment information is encrypted and secure — we never store your full card details.
4. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped. Lollana is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return contact us at hello@lollanaskincare.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
6. Our 60-Day Promise
If you use The Renewal Cloth daily for 60 days and do not feel a genuine difference in your skin, contact us and we will refund your order in full. No form to fill. No explanation needed. This promise applies to your first order only.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose. You may not reproduce, duplicate or copy any part of our website without express written permission. You may not use our products in any way that could harm others.
8. Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lollana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UK law.
