Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do ship internationally to the UK and Canada. If you are outside the US please contact us at hello@lollanaskincare.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including postal delays, high demand periods and weather conditions.
We recommend allowing up to 18 business days before contacting us about a delayed order.

Standard shipping — $4.99
Free shipping — on all orders over $40
Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch email.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder first then contact us at hello@lollanaskicare.com.
Customs and Import Duties
For US orders no customs fees apply.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us at hello@lollanaskincare.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it please first check with neighbours and in any safe locations around your property. If the item cannot be located contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lollana is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing an order contact us at hello@lollanaskincare.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
